We have some very exciting news from Inspiring Women in Data Science, Elastacloud's female-run Data Science Meetup. This Ada Lovelace Day, which falls this year on the 10th of October, our organisers will be attending TECH(K)NOW DAY in Uxbridge.
Ada Lovelace Day (ALD) is internationally celebrated on the second Tuesday of ever October. The day recognises and celebrates the achievements of women in STEM fields, with a view to encourage more girls into STEM careers. TECH(K)NOW day upholds the values of ALD, gathering hundreds of women in tech together in one place to encourage learning and showcase inspiring role models.
Last year's event was attended by over 400 women, and this year they expect more than 1000 - including the Inspiring Women! Sign up for TECH(K)NOW Day to:
